The Iowa Falls Community Investment Corporation (IFCIC), a subgroup of IFADC investors, collaborated with the City of Iowa Falls, which provided the lot, and Matt Hoversten of MC Lumber on the construction of a home at 1022 Sherman St. Another home is planned on Georgetown Road. These projects are expected to stimulate further residential investment in Iowa Falls.
