Iowa River’s Edge Trail connects Marshalltown, Albion, Liscomb, Union, Gifford, Eldora, and Steamboat Rock through Marshall and Hardin counties. Currently, the trail is paved from Steamboat Rock to Eldora in Hardin County. Paving has also begun on portions of the trail leading out of Marshalltown.

Remaining work: 23.7 miles + 13 bridges
Special features: Scenic views of bluffs, rivers, and wetlands
