These funds are typically used for gap financing, working in collaboration with local banks to address any unmet financing needs. Administered by the IFADC Revolving Loan Fund Committee, this fund is dedicated to fostering the growth of businesses in the Iowa Falls area with the support of local business people. Get a running start on development of your business.This Community Betterment Grant is a 50/50 match grant, which means the grant funds are eligible to cover no more than half of your project costs. Apply for a grant for up to $500. Awards will only be given to commercial or industrial sites for exterior signage projects.

  • Angel Investor Tax Credit – encouraging venture capital investment in Iowa startups.
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – Assistance in creating an ESOP feasibility study.
